I will respond ASAP, and give you pricing options once we agree on the basic components of the item. When you agree to a pricing option, I will send you an invoice. When the invoice is paid in full, I will begin work on the item. I will send you a preview of the nearly completed item. At that point, if you would like me to change a part of it, it may change the entire design and the materials used--as all of the elements are carefully balanced to create harmony over all. This will delay completion, but is worth it if you feel strongly about the change. If, after the re-design, the item is still not to your liking, I may opt out of the project, and refund your money, minus $40.00 for my time and effort. (Note: This has not ever happened.) This is why it is important that you feel comfortable with my design sense in general, and trust the process.
Please note that I work intuitively-which means that I will respectfully bear your preferences foremost in mind, in creating the item--but I may not adhere strictly to them. If you have a clear picture in your mind of the item you want, you may be happily surprised!
